Overview
At LensDirect, we replace lenses in frames from a wide range of brands,
including Ray-Ban, Oakley, Maui Jim, Warby Parker, Costa Del Mar, Persol,
Oliver Peoples, Versace, Chanel, Tom Ford, Gucci, Silhouette, and many more
designer and non-designer brands.
However, not all frames are compatible with our lens replacement services.
To help you in determining the eligibility of your frames, we've created a
helpful guide. Please keep in mind that there may be exceptions to what is
listed, but this guide should cover most cases. If you have any questions
regarding the eligibility of your frames, send a photo(s) of your frames

before placing an order and we'll get back to you shortly.

Accepted frames
These frames are examples of what is compatible with our lens replacement service. While there may be exceptions to what we can take, these are the types of frames we can do.
Not accepted frames
These frames are the examples of what is not accepted as part of our lens replacement service. While you might already wear these frames and have no issues with them, due to various causes, we aren't able to replace the lenses.

Please note that if we receive your frame and it is determined to be ineligible for lens replacement, we will offer you the opportunity to send in a different frame, or cancel your order with a full refund minus a $10 shipping fee.
Frame Waivers
If your frame arrives and it is determined to be fragile or a significant risk, we will ask you to sign a waiver before proceeding. If you do not wish to proceed, you will be given the option to send in another frame, or have the order canceled with a full refund.
