We offer a 30-day return policy on all products, excluding full-service lens replacement, which is covered under our Remake Policy. Returns must be in unused, undamaged condition.

All lenses (DIY, Eyewear, and Lens Replacement) include a 90-day scratch & coating warranty with a one-time replacement per item. You may also upgrade to our Extended Warranty (365 days) at checkout.

Contact Lenses

You may return any unopened boxes in their original condition for a store credit or refund. Returns are not accepted for opened, marked, or used items, or for items sent back after the 30-day return window has expired.

All contact lenses ship in factory-sealed containers. If you experience any issues, discontinue use and contact our support team. For suspected defects, please include a copy of your prescription with your return. If the manufacturer confirms a defect, we will issue store credit.

Protection Plan Extended Warranty

The Protection Plan Extended Warranty is available for $10 at checkout and extends the standard 30-day return window to 365 days from the date of delivery. With this plan, unopened and unmarked boxes returned after 30 days are eligible for account credit. A valid prescription is required for any brand or product change, and only one exchange is allowed per year (or per order). The plan must be purchased at checkout and cannot be added once your order has shipped.

DIY Replacement Lenses

DIY lenses include a 30-day return or exchange policy from the date of delivery. To qualify, lenses must be unused and in their original packaging. Exchanges are only available for the same frame, and the buyer is responsible for any price difference, as well as a small shipping fee.

Lens Fit Guarantee

Your DIY lenses are backed by our Lens Fit Guarantee. If they don’t fit your frame properly, simply contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order. To help us resolve the issue, we may request a photo of your frame details or ask you to send in the frame so we can complete the installation correctly.

Scratch & Coating Warranty

We offer a one-time replacement within 90 days for scratched lenses on any eyewear or lens replacement. To begin the process, contact our customer support team. The replacement must match the original frame, color, and upgrade options selected to be eligible. Please note that scratches resulting from improper care are not covered under this warranty.

You may also upgrade to our Extended Scratch & Coating Warranty at checkout to extend the coverage period to 365 days.

Eyewear & Lens Replacement Services

All eyewear and accessories are covered by a 30-day free return policy. To qualify, items must be unworn and in good, undamaged condition.

Lens replacement orders are custom-made and non-returnable. If you have any issues, contact our support team at [email protected]. For prescription issues, please refer to our Lens Remake Policy below.

Lens Remake Policy

We stand behind the quality of our work. If your lenses are not manufactured correctly according to your original prescription and order, we will remake them at no cost. Issues must be reported within 30 days of receiving your order.

If the error is due to incorrect information provided with your order (for example, submitting the wrong prescription), a remake will incur a 50% fee of the lens cost. You will also be responsible for the full cost of any upgrades or changes to your lens package.

Scratch & Coating Warranty
